Start fresh - let go of what didn't work last year and keep the routines that did work!
Clear expectations - you and the kids need to know the times and expectations to get out the door with smiles on everyone's faces!
Prepare as much as possible ahead of time - book bags, parent briefcases and bags, breakfasts, lunch as well as dinner if you can. As I say in the interview give yourself a break and stop and pick up take out and take the pressure off!
